現役香港攀石代表隊教練,早在2003年在泰國Krabi的Tonsai完成兩條8b (5.13d)的路線,爲當時已知華人世界完攀的最困難之路線;2006年完攀8b+(5.14a)路線(Krabi Tonsai),並曾替多項亞洲青少年攀岩錦標賽、世界青少年攀岩錦標賽、亞洲攀岩錦標賽、世界杯攀岩賽等擔任定線工作。
