會員可於會籍期內無限次自由進入及使用設施，會籍以每月或每三個月計算，須於每月開始前繳交會費，如首次申請會員，申請期在每月15後按半費繳交，如非首次申請必須以每月計算。

如沒有繳交會費當作退會論，智能咭將不能使用，如須重新入會須聯絡本公司職員重新設定智能咭，多謝支持及合作。

非會員須由會員陪同進入及使用設施，須清楚了解場地使用守則及進場須知，或聯絡本公司聯員。

1. 請穿鞋上場，嚴禁赤腳。
   Please do not climb bare foot.
2. 請節省水電，離開前請關上冷氣機、抽氣扇、電燈及水制等。
   Please conserve water & energy. Switch off the air-conditioner & ventilation fan & turn off the tap before leaving.
3. 請保持清潔，離開前請清理並帶走所有垃圾。
   Please keep the venue clean & dispose all trash before leaving.
4. 請注意個人安全，別人攀爬時勿在軟墊上睡覺。
   Please observe personal safety. Don't sleep on the mattress while others are climbing.
5. 請將用過的器材放回原位，勿留在軟墊上。
   Please shelve all equipment after use.
   Don't leave them on the mattress.
6. 請勿取用非公家物品。
   Please don't personal equipment of other member.
7. 請勿在本場內進行與攀爬無關活動。
   Please don't perform any activity un-related to climbing.
8. 請勿在本場內開班。
   Please don't hold climbing course or class in this venue.
9. 本場會按需要定時轉hold，凡已mark線的hold，請勿改動。
   Climbing holds will rotate regularly & according to needs. Please don't move any hold which has been labeled.

1. 所有進場人仕必須在場地使用紀錄內登記(非會員請立即繳付場地使用費)。
   All visitor must register in the entry record (non member must pay the entry fee immediately).
2. 所有進場人仕必須細閱以下免責聲明：
   All visitor must read the following Release of Liability:
   無論是否參與攀登及有關活動，及是否有在場地使用紀錄內登記，所有進場人仕(閣下)都必須細閱此聲明。
   Any person (you) who entered this premise ,whether participated climbing and related activities or not, and whether signed on the entry record or not, should read this agreement.
   閣下必須明白攀登，使用攀登訓練器材及參與有關活動都是帶有危險性的，並可能導玫嚴重受傷，甚或死亡。在本場內，閣下已明白這些危險並自願參與有關活動。這些危險可能是多方面的，包括但不止於設計的缺陷、器材的安全等。無論如何，閣下已接納各種及所有的危險。
   You should be aware that rock climbing , climbing on artificial climbing walls, using climbing training apparatus and participating in any such activities is hazardous and could result in serious injury or death. You are voluntarily participating in these activities at this premise with the knowledge of the danger involved and are aware that the danger could arise from many different hazards including, but not limited to the inadequacy of the design, suitability or safety of the facilities. Nevertheless, you agree to accept any and all risks of inadequacy of the design, suitability or safety of the facilities. Nevertheless, you agree to accept any and all risks of injury or death, whether caused by the acts others or otherwise.
   閣下亦接納下會對任何人或任何團體(免責方)提出因進行攀登或有關活動而導致受傷或受損的任何索賠或訢訟。You agree that you will not sue or otherwise make any claim against anyone or any party (the "released parties"), for injury or damage resulting from negligence or other acts, however caused, of or by the released parties, relating in any manner to, or as a result of your participation in climbing and related activities.
   閣下亦接納閣下本人、其親屬及個人代表已放棄向免責方提出因進行攀登或有關活動而導致受傷、受損或死亡的的任何索賠或訴訟，閣下亦同意本聲明對閣下的親屬及個人代表有同樣的約束力。本聲明對與閣下同來但並不參與攀登有關活動的人仕，包括未成年人仕亦有同樣的約束力。You also agree to release and discharge the release the released parties from all actions, claims or demands, for yourself, your heirs or personal representatives for injury, death or damage resulting from your participation in climbing and related activities. It is your desire and agreement that this agreement shall fully bind your family, heirs or personal representatives; it shall also be binding as to any other persons, member of your family, including minors, which many accompany you, even if they shall not directly participate in these climbing activities.
   進入本場代表閣下已細閱本聲明並完全明白其內容。閣下已明白本聲明是一份免責聲明並已構成閣下與免責的一份合約。
